The syllabus includes electronic governance, electronic commerce, intellectual property, cybercrimes, telecommunications, data protection and piracy.
Program is based on the Indian Legal System Practices and Indian Laws. (International and SAARC students please note).

Bachelor degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.
Three Year Diploma Holders from a recognised University/Institution.
International / SAARC Graduates from a recognised / accredited University / Institution.
Students who have appeared in their final year examination of Bachelor degree program / graduation degree course and are yet to pass the final year examination of Bachelor degree program, can also apply, subject to successful completion of their Bachelor degree program / graduation within the time period specified by SCDL.
Note: Students who are in their 4/5 year of the five years of law course may also apply, subject to the successful completion of previous three years of the course.

Application Form Fees (Non-refundable):

For Indian Residents (General / Defence Personnel / Paramilitary / Police): Rs. 1000/-
International : USD 100 OR Rs. 7,100/-
SAARC : USD 100 OR Rs. 7,100/-

Program Fees: Student has to pay the full course fees in one time payment, within 30 days from the date of admission.

General: Rs.17,000/-
Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs.17,000/-
International: USD 450 / Rs. 31,950/-
SAARC: USD 350 / Rs. 24,850/-

Note:

Participants are required to pay additional exam fees per exam per attempt.

Fee Payment Mode: Fees can be paid Online or by Demand Draft.

Payment via Online: this can be done through payment gateway.
Payment via DD: this can be submitted at SCDL Pune campus. The Demand Draft needs to be in favor of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune only.
