Diploma in Taxation Laws is designed for people who wish to expand their proficiency & blend it with the wide tax assessment structure. Diploma in Taxation Laws provides the opportunity to learn the Indian taxation system and related laws in detail. Taxation is an important part of the work of many tax planners and advisers, therefore, sound knowledge of laws and procedures become a must. Diploma in Taxation Laws caters to the same. The Diploma is designed by an Academic Board of distinguished tax practitioners and academicians in the areas of taxation. Holders of the Diploma shall be eligible to provide tax plan, advice as a tax consultant and file various returns. The diploma includes enactments with recent changes in the Income Tax Act and Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This program is ideal for individuals seeking a career as Tax Consultants, Tax Analyst etc.

DTL aims at imparting knowledge of various business and corporate assessment and payment of taxes.
Familiarizes students with Tax law involving a brief understanding of the payment and non-payment of taxes.
Covers constitutional, common-law, statutory, tax treaty, and regulatory rules that constitute the law applicable to taxation.

Diploma holder in any discipline from a recognised Board / University.

International / SAARC: USD 100 OR Rs. 7,100/-

Program Fees: Student has to pay the full course fees in a one-time payment, within 15 days from the date of admission.

General: Rs. 17,000/-
Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs. 17,000/-
International : USD 450 or Rs.31,950/-
SAARC : USD 350 or Rs. 24,850/-

Note:

Participants are required to pay exam fees per exam per attempt separately. Exam Fee is not a part of Program Fee.

Fee Payment Mode: Fees can be paid online or by demand draft.

Payment via Online: this can be done through payment gateway.
Payment via DD: this can be submitted at SCDL Pune campus. The Demand Draft needs to be in favor of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune only.
