PGDLL&ER - Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and Employee Relations

This PG Diploma Program provides an opportunity for the students to receive an in-depth insight into the organisational relationship and interplay between existing labour-related legislation and changing industrial scenario.
The program is specially designed to meet the needs of those whose prior education has been in a field other than law and who would like to supplement their skills with in-depth knowledge of labour laws. The program is ideal for the students seeking employment in the field of HR across industry sectors.

SEMESTER I:

  • Laws Related to Equality and Empowerment of Woman and Laws Related to Deprived and Disadvantaged Section of the Society
  • Case Study-II

SEMESTER III:

Course Title

  • Laws Related to Social Security
  • Laws Related to Employment and Training and Miscellaneous Labour Laws
  • Case Study - III
  • Bachelor degree holder /Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • International/SAARC Graduate from a recognised/accredited University/Institution.
  • Students who have appeared for the final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to completing their bachelor's degree program/graduation within the period specified by SCDL.

Application Form Fees (Non-refundable):

  • For Indian Residents (General / Defence Personnel / Paramilitary / Police): Rs. 1000/-
  • International / SAARC: USD 100 OR Rs. 7,100/-

Program Fees: Students have two options of paying the fees as mentioned below:
A] Option 1 – One Time Payment:- Student has to pay the full course fees in a one-time payment, within 15 days from the date of admission

  • General: Rs. 35,000/-
  • Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs. 30,000/-
  • International : USD 1,500 or Rs. 1,06,500/-
  • SAARC : USD 850 or Rs. 60,350/-

B] Option 2 - Two-Installments: Student has to pay the course fees in two installments as follows:

Note:

  • Participants are required to pay exam fees per exam per attempt separately. Exam Fee is not a part of Program Fee.

Fee Payment Mode: Fees can be paid online or by demand draft.

  • Payment via Online: this can be done through payment gateway.
  • Payment via DD: this can be submitted at SCDL Pune campus. The Demand Draft needs to be in favor of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune only.
