Project Management is the art and science of converting Vision into Reality and Abstract into Concrete. Project Management addresses the issues of change and transition throughout the project life cycle starting from need awareness, initiation, planning, implementation, control and closing in the most effective manner.

This program is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition released by PMI. Students will learn five basic processes i.e. Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Project Closing. The program intends to cover the overview of ten knowledge areas that are typical in almost all projects.

Emphasis on understanding of project management in both large and small organisations.
The program opens opportunities in a wide range of industries like construction, automotive, information technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, oil, gas and petrochemical finance, government and all project-based organisations.

Bachelor degree holder /Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
International/SAARC Graduate from a recognised/accredited University/Institution.
Students who have appeared for the final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to completing their bachelor's degree program/graduation within the period specified by SCDL.

International / SAARC: USD 100 OR Rs. 7,100/-

Program Fees: Students have two options of paying the fees as mentioned below:
A] Option 1 – One Time Payment:- Student has to pay the full course fees in a one-time payment, within 15 days from the date of admission

General: Rs. 46,000/-
Active Defence / Paramilitary / Police: Rs. 43,000/-
International : USD 2,400 or Rs. 1,70,400/-
SAARC : USD 1,300 or Rs. 92,300/-

B] Option 2 - Two-Installments: Student has to pay the course fees in two installments as follows:

Note:

Participants are required to pay exam fees per exam per attempt separately. Exam Fee is not a part of Program Fee.

Fee Payment Mode: Fees can be paid online or by demand draft.

Payment via Online: this can be done through payment gateway.
Payment via DD: this can be submitted at SCDL Pune campus. The Demand Draft needs to be in favor of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune only.
