CCIPLP – Certificate Course in Intellectual Property Law and Patent Practice

The Certificate Course in IPR & Patent Law has been designed to meet the specific needs of the students, industry professionals and research professionals who wish to equip themselves with thorough knowledge of laws related to Intellectual Property Rights.

This is a hands-on course on Intellectual Property Rights and Patents related laws which shall give an outline of the laws and practices related to Intellectual Property and Patent practices in India.

Students have to submit a project in the end

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
International / SAARC Graduates from a recognized / accredited University / Institution.
Students appearing for their final year degree course and are yet to pass the final year examination can also apply, exam may also apply, subject to completion of graduation in current academic year and within the time period specified by SCDL.

Note: Students in their 4/5 year of the five years Law Degree, may apply, subject to successful completion of previous 3 years of law course.

Note:

Participants are required to pay exam fees per exam per attempt separately.Exam Fee is not a part of Program Fee.

Fee Payment Mode: Fees can be paid Online or by Demand Draft.

Payment via Online: this can be done through payment gateway.
Payment via DD: this can be submitted at SCDL Pune campus. The Demand Draft needs to be in favor of "The Director, SCDL, Pune" payable at Pune only.
